I have repentance downloaded, and I know that for sure because Im seeing items and animes that only got added in repentance. And to answer your question, you could but only after beating Mom/Moms Heart (forgot which one it is) because the game locks unlocks if you turn on console/mods before beating them. It doesnt do anything if you havent already unlocked Dead God. Worst case scenario: you have to kill the Heart once. Im trying to enable console commands for repentance, and I know the whole opening everything in options and changing a 0 to a 1, but repentance isnt showing up as one my games to do that, only afterbirth+ is. What this does is synchronize your steam achievements with your save. What's the priority: what the command is supposed to do (unlocking everything), or the mod/unlocks restriction (unlocking nothing at all)? Wouldn't mind if you could try and post the result here. Since you need an active mod to use the console, I'm not sure what the achievement command will do before that point. Just a thing though: enabling mods before killing the Heart once prevents unlocks. Worth a try (don't put the quotation marks). You can remove any codes by pressing Q + E + Tab or LB + RB + X on an Xbox controller. Then, enter one of the following seed codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.
